The Ann Stevens House is an elegant bed and breakfast located blocks away from the Cassadaga, FL historic district and a short 25 minute drive from beaches at Daytona and New Smyrna.
Situated on two acres and bordered by forest, the inn is made up of two buildings. The Ann Stevens House, built in 1895, is a charming two-story Victorian house and offers four guest rooms. Our second building, the Carriage House, built in 1994 behind the main house offers six guest rooms and a pub. Webster’s Tavern serves beer, wine, and spirits on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings and offers guests the opportunity to meet and socialize with the locals.
Copper tipped lightning rods etched with moons and stars adorn the gabled rooftop. Through the front door of the main house, guests are greeted by heart pine floors and stunning burled heart pine on the staircase and mantle. Lovely antique furniture takes one back to the 1800s and life as it may have been for Stevens.
Flower gardens, majestic hundred year old camphor trees, a koi pond, a butterfly garden, and a Victorian gazebo provide a beautiful and relaxing setting for romantic getaways, weddings, reunions, or retreats. A veranda stretching across three sides of the main house, and private screened porches and balconies provide space for relaxing, intimate conversation, or quiet for reading.
The Inn’s ten guest rooms include antique furnishings, and comfortable elegance. King and Queen beds beckon guests to freshly pressed linens. Bathrooms include whirlpool tubs, claw foot tubs, and/or large showers. Wonderfully historic yet modernized, The Ann Stevens House offers refined style and ambiance.
