Ann Steven House has been the site of weddings and special events over the several years of operation. As a gathering place for local residents of our community and the surrounding areas, it has provided us with an enormous opportunity to promote the beauty and graciousness of not only the house but the entire property and its setting in the heavily wooded Lake Area of Central Florida.
As a site for celebrating the most important day of a couple’s life together, you would have to search far and wide to find a more perfect place. It has beautifully tended grounds, a stately old mansion, and an elegant and charming setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.
Whether you would like an intimate wedding for a few or a gathering of family and friends, The Ann Stevens House can accommodate up to 200 guests outdoors—tented or not—your choice.
We will provide you with information so that you can plan your special occasion according to your desires without having to worry about packages that include things you would really rather not pay for. We will work with you to provide local florists, caterers, and bakers or you can provide us with the information for the vendors of your choice so that we can be sure that they will provide the best service possible for your wedding and/or reception.
Outdoor Property Package: $2,900
This entitles you to the use of the outdoor property for four (4) hours, 2:00PM – 6:00PM or 6:00PM – 10:00PM, one day and three (3) rooms in the main house for two (2) nights. Any providers of services for your ceremony and reception must be approved by The Ann Steven House and carry event insurance.
All arrangements for tents, tables, chairs, linens, catering and portable potties will be handled by you and approved by The Ann Stevens House. If an event bar is required, Webster's Tavern will serve beverages in non-glass containers under a separate agreement with the inn.
The “Just Us” Package: $990
Celebrate your most joyous day with a truly private ceremony. You can choose to be married in our romantic gardens, in our Victorian gazebo, or in the formal parlor. We will arrange for a non-denominational officiate.
The package includes: A lovely room for two nights; a wedding cake for two; flowers in your room; and champagne to enjoy following your ceremony.
