PAYMENT POLICY:
Advanced payment is required before the check-in date. (1) The total price of the reservation will be charged within 7 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. (2) Payments for 3 or more guestrooms, and payments for special events (ex. Voices from Beyond Paranormal Investigation Weekend packages) are required at time of reservation and are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
(1) If canceled or modified 8 days or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in, no fee will be charged. (2) If canceled or modified less than 8 days before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows), 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.

MAX OCCUPANCY:
Two (2) per guest room (Queen, and Deluxe King – ADA Compliant), and up to three (3) per Deluxe King room
CHILDREN:
Children 12 years and older are welcome, and must be accompanied by an adult
SERVICE ANIMALS:
Service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are welcome.
GUEST PETS:
We are unable to accommodate guest pets.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY:
Absolutely no smoking allowed indoors. Burning candles or incense prohibited on property
MISSING / DAMAGED ITEMS:
Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/damaged items, etc., and any costs incurred to collect these charges. If payment is by credit card, account may be charged for all charges incurred, including any and all damages and missing items.
GUEST ROOM KEY REPLACEMENT:
The replacement fee is $25 per missing guest room key.
SERVICE NOTICE:
This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
LIABILITY AND LOST ITEMS:
Management will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Management will not be responsible for any items left in the room or on the property.
